Fishburn Heavy Fabrication is an Australian‑owned business established in 2012. We design and manufacture premium earthmoving attachments for the construction, demolition, agricultural, forestry, quarrying and mining sectors. To date, we have supplied more than 100,000 attachments to customers across Australia, Finland, Israel, New Zealand, USA, Dominican Republic, Korea, Russia, UK, Peru, Canada and Mongolia.

Our fabrication facility is located in Zhangzhou, China. This site was founded by owner James Fishburn. The facility remains fully Australian owned and is managed by our director James, who is based in China. What began as a small operation has expanded into a 24,000 m² workshop, with a multicultural team of nearly one hundred staff dedicated to manufacturing attachments for FHF.

The quality of the attachments is our number one priority. To improve the quality of our products, we have invested in high‑quality, advanced machinery, including:

Panasonic welders and imported Kobelco welding wires deliver strong, durable welds. A Panasonic automated robotic welding system has been integrated into our production line.

HG Farley LaserLab laser cutter with a 12‑metre switchable bed enables us to profile‑cut all our steel in‑house, achieving superior cut quality compared to standard gas cutting. The switchable bed allows us to cut plate on one bed while loading and unloading steel on the second bed simultaneously.

160, 250, 600, 1000, 2000, 4000 and 8000‑tonne CNC hydraulic presses and CNC rolling equipment (capable of processing plate up to 360 mm thick under specified conditions) enable us to form bucket skins and other components for even our largest attachments.

CNC lathes and machining centres for in‑house production of all pins and bushings.

We operate two automated powder coating lines, providing our attachments with a premium finish and enhanced corrosion resistance for outdoor storage.
